How it works:
Your dealership signs up for our FREE setup (with no obligation), and we email or fax back information on how to start our program, send samples of letters and answer any questions you may have.
After setup, the dealership emails or faxes purchase agreement or form with pertinent information to Follow-Up Plus for each unit sold.
Letters are printed on your dealership letterhead and are personalized for your dealership. (We can help you revise or design a letterhead at no additional cost.)
Follow-Up Plus sends the letters to your dealership weekly. Upon receipt, salespeople hand-sign the letters, address the envelopes and send them out.
The letters begin with a thank you for purchasing the vehicle that shows the salesman's appreciation.
The following letters include birthday letters, referral letters and purchase anniversary letters. Letters are addressed personally to buyer and co-buyer and mention the specific vehicle that they have purchased. The letters are designed to maintain good relations and encourage future business. (Other types of letters also available where applicable. A full summary of services is available upon request.)
Salespeople receive data sheets for their files with pertinent information including phone number, address, sales information, etc.
